You’ve heard of Web 2.0, so wouldn’t it stand to reason that Web Analytics 2.0 wouldn’t be too far behind? Avinash Kaushik is introducing the term this week and it’s a timely introduction. What is Web Analytics 2.0, you ask? Here’s Avi’s definition:
Web Analytics 2.0 is:
(1) the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data from your website and the competition,
(2) to drive a continual improvement of the online experience that your customers, and potential customers have,
(3) which translates into your desired outcomes.
What can I say? Brilliant. I’ll leave it to Avi to open up the details. Click here to read his blog entry called Rethink Web Analytics.
